Exercise Journal: 13.08.2014

– 2.3 miles: 30 mins

So slow, but farther than I thought I had run. Stupid mapmyrun is stupid.

Adult GYMFit:
General Gymnastics & Trampoline: 1 hr 40 min
Conditioning: 20 mins

So we did a long trampoline, normal trampolines, run trampoline and floor. Lol. Wish I knew the real names.  It was a good workout.  I am going to be very sore and stiff tomorrow though from the consecutive leg/run/gymnastics workouts.
