Start Bodyweight Dynamic Warmup: 00:10:00
– Half-kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch: 30secs each side. (See http://youtu.be/Hmec1bQBQOE)
– Glute Bridges: 10-20 total. (See http://youtu.be/DvQXREKFfpY)
– Hip Mobility: 10-15 total. (See http://youtu.be/U1jC1sWTUFc)

Squat Progression
– 3 X 8 reps | intermediate shrimps

Two-Arm Kettlebell Swing
– 3 X 30 | 15 kg

Plank Progression

Stretching: 00:10:00

Shrimp squats were not too bad. I tried an advanced one though.  That didn’t work out well.  Oh well nice break from renegades! Woot. Was supposed to go to tumbling today, but had to do a switch.  Almost done with the squat progressions!  So close to the end, I can taste it!
