– cartwheels, handstands, forward rolls, etc
Trampoline: 1 hr
– I did level 1 and level 2 tests!
Conditioning: 15 mins
I’m thinking I will be able to still do all three days of Start Bodyweight. I def think it’s only going to help me out! Now I need to start running!!!!!!! Aya!
