EXERCISE: LEGS + CORE

Start Bodyweight Dynamic Warmup: 00:10:00
– Half-kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch: 30secs each side. (See http://youtu.be/Hmec1bQBQOE)
– Glute Bridges: 10-20 total. (See http://youtu.be/DvQXREKFfpY)
– Hip Mobility: 10-15 total. (See http://youtu.be/U1jC1sWTUFc)

Squat Progression
– 3 X 11 reps | renegade pistols

Kettlebell One-Leg Deadlift
– 3 x 12 reps

Plank Progression

Stretching: 00:10:00

The pistols were difficult as usual.  Balance and I really need to keep my knee from turning in.  Almost did half the reps of pistols, but decided that Saturday leg day will be my full day and wednesday can be the half day.
