– 7/12 Wall Bent Waist Handstand Push Up: 3 x 6
– 11/15 Decline Diamond Push Ups: 3 x 15
– 10/13 Dips: 3 x 5

Oh em gee. Wow. Wall pushups from pike push ups is not an easy progression… Does slightly bending my elbows count? Yeah, I’m gonna be here for a while.
