Exercise Journal: 09.05.2014

– 10/13 Pistol Squats: 2 x 10 (per leg)
– 1/1 Deadlifts: 3 sets of 15 reps – 45 lb kettlebell
– 9/9 Wall Plank: 65s
– Static Stretching
*Rest 1-2 min between sets

I should have done 3 x 8, but I wanted to try and my legs gave out. Oh well. Road to recovery.

GOOD NEWS! 1) I’m going to be getting personal training from the start bodyweight creator! 2) my body fat is back down to 20%!!! Aaand … I’m pretty sure I’ve accidently went into ketosis.
