Body Composition Update: April 2014

Good News Bears: So, I lost my Hawai’i fat and am back at 20.1%!!!! Well most of it. I would like to be back at 17, but I’ll settle for not being over 20 ever again.

Changes: I lost 3.5 bodyfat, gained 4.086 of fat free mass and lost 2.092 lbs altogether. I would like to lose 2-5% with my norm being below 20%. I know I need to fix up my diet. :-/
