– 160 m sprints x 10
I thought it would be hard alone. It was okay, but I prefer sprints with a partner. My pt test is next week. I’m kinda over it though. I know I’m going to get over a 90. I’m more worried about my class and my surgery. Bummed out I won’t be able to workout for a bit after my surgery, and I’m not looking forward to losing any body weight progress I’ve worked so hard to gain.
