PULL + CORE:
– 5/14 Pull Ups (Full Extension): 3 x 6
– 7/12 Inverted Rows Legs Elevated, One Leg Extended: 3 x 15
– 7/14 Hanging Straight Leg Raises: 3 x 12
– 4/14 Half Pull Ups (Top Half): 3 x 4
– 6/12 Inverted Rows, Legs Elevated: 3 x 6
– 8/14 Forearm Straight Leg Raises: 3 x 6
– Static Stretching
*Rest 1-2 min between sets

Pull day is getting difficult. The next progression I finish after dips MIGHT be the horizontal pull progression.

FOOD:
– fruit kale smoothie
– luna bar
– chicken and carrots and zucchini
– chocolate milk
– tba
