Exercise Journal: 03.04.2014

First hour conditioning:
Spartan 300
2 min rounds each, 16 minutes total
– 5 burpees, r knees
– 5 burpees, l knees
– 5 burpees, r groin kick
– 5 burpees, l groin kick
– 5 burpees, r push kick
– 5 burpees, l push kick
– 5 burpees, flurry punches
– 5 burpees, flurry punches

Start off each 2 minute round with 5 burpees, then finish it with designated exercise. NOT EASY.

2nd hour core techniques
