PUSH:
– 5/12 Decline Push Ups: 3 x 10
– 8/15 Uneven Push Ups: 3 x 15 (per arm)
– 9/13 Half Dips: 3 x 12
– 4/12 Pike Diamond Push Ups: 3 x 4
– 7/15 Diamond Push Ups: 3 x 6
– 8/13 Eccentric Dips: 3 x 4
– Static Stretching
*Rest 1-2 min between sets

Next time Dips go first!

KRAV MAGA:
– 1 hour conditioning: 300 reps, 8- 2 min rounds of boxing
– 1 hour fundamentals

I’m glad I stop stalling. Going to have to take a month off in May though for PRK.

FOOD:
– fruit kale smoothie
– chicken sausage and kale
– chicken and peas/green beans
