Exercise & Food Journal: 30.03.2014

EXERCISE:
RUN:
– Sprint Drills: 10 sets of ~160 m uphill sprints = 1 mi of sprinting, 1 mi of walking back downhill

Took about 20 minutes this time. I guess two weeks is the magic number when the workouts get easier and faster! Nice how that work. I also remembered to drink and bring water this time. 🙂

FOOD:
– Apples ‘n’ Green Jamba Juice smoothie
– grilled chicken tenders and fries
– choco almond milk
