PUSH:
– 5/12 Decline Push Ups: 3 x 6
– 8/15 Uneven Push Ups: 3 x 10 (per arm)
– 9/13 Half Dips: 3 x 10
– 4/12 Pike Diamond Push Ups: 3 x 4
– 7/15 Diamond Push Ups: 3 x 6
– 8/13 Eccentric Dips: 3 x 4
– Static Stretching
*Rest 1-2 min between sets

I changed upper body days by adding previous progressions at the lowest rep set. Not too bad. I was tired, but I’m glad I did the workout anyway. Side of my calves are still sore from sprints!
