PULL + CORE:
– Half Pull Ups (Top Half): 3 x 8
– Inverted Rows, One Leg Extended: 3 x 10
– Forearm Straight Leg Raises: 3 x 15
– Static Stretching
*Rest 1-2 min between sets
I really miss working out with Zuzka. I also have the opportunity to do a certification or license course. I’m thinking of a Yoga Instructor course. While I don’t really have the desire to be an instructor, I do have the desire to plan my own yoga sessions and not pay for membership somewhere. Or maybe i should do an extreme sport like scuba diving!
