EXERCISE: The StartBodyweight.com DAY 2 (PULL):

– Negative (Eccentric) Pull Ups (5s): 3 x 8
– Inverted Rows, Straight Legs: 3 x 8
– Forearm Straight Leg Raises: 3 x 7
– Static Stretching
*Rest 1-2 min between sets
