Exercise Journal: 19.02.2014

EXERCISE:
PT:
– Jump Squats: tabata
– RUN: about 3 mi.
– Leg Lifts: 60ish

I was dehydrated and my endurance is obviously not at 3 mi anymore. I’ll do better.
