Better than last time. I’ve been sick the last week for the first time in a long time, so I didn’t work out, but I got this week’s run in since I’m feeling like finally recovering and I wanted to see if the run would help me breathe better. I start taking Krav Maga in February! Woot.

New Year’s Resolution #3: Take Krav Maga!
