ABSPIRATION:

EXERCISE:
SERIES B PUSH:
– Chest / Triceps Dip – 7 x 7, 6 x 6, 5 x 5
– Explosive Push Up – 5 x 5, 4 x 4, 3 x 3
(7, 6 and 5 or 5, 4 and 3 sec rest bt respective sets, 60 sec rest between stages)
– Random Hollow Body
Total Time: 13:43

YOGA:
– 1 hr

No way I could have done AR7 for the Push ups. But the dips went well. I threw in a hollow body.
