ABSPIRATION:

EXERCISE:
SERIES A PULL:
– Pull Up – 5 x 5, 4 x 4, 3 x 3
– Inverted Row – 5 x 5, 4 x 4, 3 x 3
(5, 4 and 3 sec rest bt respective sets, 60 sec rest between stages)
Total Time: 13m03s

ZUMBA:
– 1 hr

Modified AR7. There’s no way I can do the original, so I modified it to be more like AR5.

I think I need a longer break from gymnastics. Motivation is mandatory, and it’s not there.
