– Pike Push Up
– Side Jump Lunge
– Push Up w/ Handraise
– Side Jump Lunge
– Push Up Jack
– Side Jump Lunge
– One Leg Push Up
– Side Jump Lunge

Tabata Week… I moved on monday and literally stopped at midnight to go to sleep. So unfortunately I forgot to workout. That’s okay.
