FLOOR – Phase 2 – Day 3:
Skill Work:
– Crane to Bent Arm Extension: 6 x 3
– Double Arm Lever: 10 x 5 sec
Conditioning Work:
– Hollow Body Pushups with Superman Raises: 5 x 12
– Handstand Holds (Freestanding): 6 x 10 sec
– Hollow Body Hold: 6  x 10 sec

Didn’t want to, but tomorrow is Thanksgiving, soooo I had to.
