ABSPIRATION:

WORKOUT:
FLOOR – Phase 2 – Day 3:
Skill Work:
– Crane to Bent Arm Extension: 6 x 3
– Double Arm Lever: 10 x 5
Conditioning Work:
– Hollow Body Pushups with Superman Raises: 7 x 3
– Handstand Holds (Freestanding): 6 x 10 sec
– Hollow Body Hold: 6  x 10 sec

This one is my favorite. I actually managed to stick some of the handstands when focusing on the hollow body position. First exercise is my favorite! I feel like I’m advancing. Hehe. 🙂
