My lower back was sore for two days after. Uh oh. better posture next time.

Physical therapy Back Class:
– Medicine Ball Throw Variations
– Fitness Ball Seated Balance, Eyes closed

Only did the core sans leg exercises today

FLOOR – Phase 1B – Day 1:
Skill Work:
– Crow Holds: 60 sec.
– Front Scale Holds: 60 sec.

Front scale holds are a bitch. Last week of phase 1!

TABATA:
– Squat
– Push Up
– Jump Lunge
– Plank
– Squat
– Push Up
– Jump Lunge
– Plank

Headaaaache…Sigh.
