PHYSICAL THERAPY BACK CLASS:
Intervals: 1.5 min
– Wall Ball Throws?
– Fitness Ball Bridges (back on ball)
– Warrior 3
– Ball Lift?
– Stretches

I was only there for the last part this time.

TABATA:
– Twist Jump Squat 24?
– Push Up 22
– Jump Lunge 20
– Push Up 23
– Side Lunge 19
– Push Up 20 last part on knees
– Burpees 6
– Burpees w/ Push Up 5

I needed a break from FLOOR. Believe it or not, tabata had me more sore on Monday than the Floor exercises have ever made me. I hope my arms are sore tomorrow, too.

FLOOR – Phase 1A – Day 2:
Conditioning Work:
– Superset A – Inverted Press with Shrimp Squats: 5 x 12
– Superset B – Reverse Pushups with Jump Tuck Squats: 5 x 12
– Superset C – Hollow Body Holds with Superman Holds: 3 x 30 sec

Too tired to do 5 sets of superset c, but almost maxed them all out. 🙂

Transverse Abdominal work
Intervals: 1.5 min
– Bosu Ball Squats
– Fitness Ball Bridges (legs on ball)
– Warrior 3 Pose
– Ball Lift?
Stretches

Felt good.

FLOOR – Phase 1A – Day 1:
Skill Work:
– Crow Holds: 60 sec
– Front Scale Holds: 60 sec (per leg)
– Handstand Holds on Wall: 60 sec
Conditioning Work:
– Front Scale Leg Lifts: 10 x 5 (per leg)
– Tripod Extensions: 6 x 5

Almost maxed out, but was too tired for 10 sets of the tripod extensions.
