– Tripod Extensions: 6 x 5

– Superset A – Inverted Press with Shrimp Squats: 7 x 3 (per leg)
– Superset B – Reverse Pushups with Jump Tuck Squats: 7 x 3, 7 x 4
– Superset C – Hollow Body Holds with Superman Holds: 3 x 30 sec
