LEGS: SERIES D
Side Lunge – 14
One Leg Romanian Deadlift – 10
AMRAP – 5 mins: 5 rounds

My quads still feel like pain from Monday, so that was actually harder than Monday’s workout, but I hope to feel it in my hammies this time… But maybe without the hobbling.
