PT:
– Warm up: 2 laps + exercises
– Run: ~ 1.5 mi
– Circuit training: 2 rounds of: 1) Side Pull Ups – 10, Calf Raises, 2) Hanging knee Raises – 10, Supermans, 3) Inverted Rows – 10, Squats – 10, 4) Dips – 10, Decline Push Ups – 10
– Cool Down: stretch

YOGA:
– Yoga Studio: Beginner’s Flexibility (15 min)
