ABSPIRATION:

EXERCISE:
PT:
– Push Ups: 10 x regular, 10 x incline, 10 x decline + 10 Dips
– Run: 10 x 200 @ 35-50 sec
– Core: plank to push up, crunches, etc

Mofo tried to kill us. I almost died, but I felt good doing it. Well after anyway.
