ABSPIRATION:

EXERCISE:
Run:
– 2 mi: ~15:30

I really like running by the water for some reason.

Legs: 2 rounds of 6 reps each
– Pistols
– 1 Leg Bulgarian Split Squat Jump
– 1 Leg Bridge

Next time I’ll do a HIIT with just the last two exercises.

Yoga:
– Yoga Studio: Beginner’s Flexibility

Love.

WATER:
– 2.0 L
