– Abs: 6 core exercises x 30 sec

I paced a girl today. She’s going to need a lot of work, but it should be possible to get her 1.5 under 15.

Yoga:
– Yoga Studio: Beginner’s Strength / Beginner’s Relaxation

I love yogaaaa. I wish I could find more resources.

WATER:
– 1.0 L
