Yoga Studio: Beginner’s Strength

Legs!: Hop!
Time Challenge: 3 rounds
– Hop Squat – 10 reps
– Hop Split Lunges – 10 reps
– Hop Side Lunges – 20 reps

I’m back! It’s Yoga / Leg / Run week, next week will probs be Yoga / Leg / Dance week due to traveling issuuees. Also, trying to make the exercise routine simpler. SOmething I have not done AT ALL the past few months.
