PT EVAL:
– indian run sprints with push ups, lunges/squats, core

YOGA: Z-Cut Power Yoga Series
– Warm up, Crescent Series, Cool Down

Yoga week rocks! Got my banjo fixed!

FOOD
– tomato, onion, cheese scrambled eggs, hashbrown, orange juice
– 1/2 lunabar
– salmon, rice beans, crangrape juice
– 1/2 luna bar
– salad, chicken, cabbage, peas w onion

Proportions!

WATER
– 1.0 L
– 0.5 L

So hot today! 102! Prob should have drank more.
