ABSPIRATION

EXERCISE
YOGA: Z-Cut Power Yoga Series
– Warm up, Upper Body Series, Cool Down

People… Sigh. This was really hard. Much harder than the Crescent series. Such a challenge!

FOOD
– tomato, onion cheese eggs, hashbrown, 2 turkey sausages, apple juice
– 1 lunabar
– guac, hummus, turkey, swiss gluten free sandwich, sweet potato chips, greek yogurt
– 1 lunabar
– salad, cabbage, chicken, grapes, cranberry juice

Some salad bc that poop tea threw me OFF!

WATER
– 1.0 L
– 0.5 L
