ABSPIRATION

YOGA: Z-Cut Power Yoga Series
– Warm up, Crescent Series, Cool Down

It’s going to be a busy week…

FOOD
– 2 hard boiled egg whites, 2 hashbrowns, 2 turkey sausages, apple juice
– 1 lunabar, 1 gluten free pbnc bar
– guac, hummus, turkey, swiss gluten free sandwich, sweet potato chips, greek yogurt
– 1 gluten free pbnc bar
– chinese food: chickens, string beans, rice, etc

A lot of food. I feel bloated.

WATER
– 1.0 L
– 0.7 L
– 0.5 l
