ABSPIRATION

EXERCISE

– push ups, squats/lunges, sit ups/flutter kicks, sprints

BEAST SKILLS:
L-Seat:
– Leg Tuck Hold: 6 x 20s
Handstand:
– Freestanding Practice

Stuck some GOOD handstands. Good Monday so far. Who’da thunk!

FOOD
– eggs, turkey sausage, 2 hashbrowns, grapes, choco soy milk
– chicken, salad, grapes, choco soy milk
– turkey, salad, cabbage, grapes, apple juice
– choco soy milk, larabar!!!!
– omelette, 2 hash brown, pear, orange juice, chco soy milk

Luna bars are back! Um, I’ve kinda gone choc soy milk crazy today. Hmmm. Also, note to self to reduce hashbrown intake. Oh wait, no. Period starting soon! Mmmm, potatoes/carbs!
