EXERCISE
PT:
– push ups, squats/lunges, flutter kicks/crunches/scissors/6 inches, sprints, ridiculous arm clap things…

BEAST SKILLS:
L-Seat:
– Leg Tuck Hold: 6 x 20s
Handstand:
– Freestanding Practice
– Wall Handstand: 60s
– L-Stand: 60s

I stuck a 7 sec one. I know it. Lol.

FOOD
– chicken, baked potato wedges, a little rice, salad, grapes, crangrape
– fish, salad, carrots, choc mouse cake, grapes, apple juice
– choco soy milk
– omelette, hash brown, orange juice

WATER
– 0.6 L
