Handstand:
– Freestanding Practice: 15 mins
– Wall Handstand: 60s
– L-Stand: 60s
L-Seat:
– Leg Tuck Hold: 6 x 10s

Didn’t really feel like working out today. Did it anyway. Sigh. i have great hopes for Leg Tuck next week.

FOOD
– eggs, hash browns, choco soy milk
– chili cheese fries, choco soy milk
– ?
– luna, choco soy milk
– cheese omelette, hash brown, orange juice

Reign it in, betch.

WATER
– 0.2 L
– 1.0 L

It’s cold.
