– Jump Side Lunges – 20

IRISH STEP DANCING:
– Spin, Turn, Point Hop Back, Jump 23s, Birdie, Rock Move, Twists, Scissors, Beg Double Leg Jig

I can’t wait to get out of San Angelo. 6 more weeks. Sigh.

FOOD
– grapes, luna bar, choco soymilk
– stirfry, bbq beef, fajita chicken, lumpias, grapes, crangrape
– luna bar, choco soymilk
– omelette, crangrape juice

WATER
– Workout: 0.3 L
– Other: 1.0 L
