ABSPIRATION

EXERCISE
PT:
– push ups, sit ups/flutterkicks, 1.0 mi run

BEAST SKILLS:
Handstand:
– Freestanding Practice
L-Seat:
– Leg Tuck Hold: 6 x 10s

I actually like PT here. Short and to the point. I feel like eventually I will be able to hold a handstand for longer than 5 seconds one day. lol. And those leg tucks really targeted my triceps and core. Sigh… Off to play banjo!

FOOD
– 3 over med, 2 hash browns, grapes, orange juice
– fish, fish with peas, broccoli, grapes, orange juice
– ?
– luna, choco soy milk
– cheese omelette, crangrape

I woke up hungry… both times.

WATER
– 1.5 L
