BEAST SKILL: Handstand
– L-Stand: 6 x 60 secs (60, 60, 60, 67, 58, 60)

– Irish Step Dancing: 1 hour

– 7 x 200 @ 0:50; 1 x 100 @ sprint
Trainee Oberton’s stats: 7 x 200 @ 0:47-0:50; 1 x 100 @ 0:18

She’s doing really good at pushing herself. 🙂 Slowly, but steadily we will progress. She just did a 1:40 lap pace. 🙂 So after lunch I spent what seemed like 20 minutes, but turned out to be over an hour of Irish Step Dancing practice! So fun. 🙂 I wouldn’t say L-Stand is easier that Handstand Facing The Wall, but it’s different. I’m so close to end of this beast skill! Soon to be on to the next!
