Run:
– 400m x 2 @ 2:00 pace, 100m x 4 @ sprint pace
Her stats: 400m @ 1:58, 1:56, 100m @ 16s-17s

So I made a weight lifting workout program for my roomie, Stubblefield! So excited for her. 🙂 It’s a three day muscle split:

BACK / BICEPS
Pull Ups 4 x 5
Lat Pulldown 3 x 8-10
Dumbbell Bent-over Row 3 x 8-10
Dumbbell Curl 3 x 8-10
Wide Curl 3 x 8-10

CHEST /TRICEPS
Dips 3 x 5
Dumbbell Bench Press 3 x 8-10
Dumbbell Pullover 3 x 8-10
Dumbbell Kickback 3 x 8-10
Dumbbell Triceps Extension 3 x 8-10

LEGS
Jump Squat 3 x 8-10
Jump Lunge 3 x 12
Dumbbell Single Leg Bulgarian Split Squat 3 x 8-10
Single Leg Romanian Deadlift 3 x 8-10

EXERCISE
EVAL:
– Push Ups in 1 min: 44
– Sit ups in 1 min: 60
– 1.5 Mile run: 14m25s

I’m so proud of my push ups! Handstand training has really payed off. I paced my trainee for the run. She cut off one minute. My goal is to get her in the 12s. My goal is to get into the 11s.
