My shoulders hurt. 😦 Next week, i move on to the next step.
My trainee ran 1.5 miles self paced on mon while I had an appointment. The weather is atrocious. The cold really does tighten you up and slow you down. We were supposed to EVAL today. Pushed back to Friday.

Running really throws off my metabolism. I just need to remember that although I have to eat more, I really don’t need too much more.
