ABSPIRATION

EXERCISE
JUMP ROPE:
– Tabata: 8 rounds, 20 on, 10 off

BEAST SKILL: Handstand
– Wall Climb Hold: 6 x 60 secs

Jump Rope is fun. Running is fun (again). Wall Climb Hold… not fun. Lol. The last two as usual were very difficult. Also, I was in a rush. Not going to be able to run today. 😦

FOOD
– oj
– salad, chicken, juice
– broccoli, chicken, choc mousse
– tomato, onion, cheese omelette, juice

WATER
– workout: 0.3
– day: 1.0
