Training a friend. Her stats:
800m @ 2:00 and 2:15, 400m @ 2:05 & 200m @ 1:00, 100m x 2 @ 20s, 19s

LEGS:
5 reps/side, 5 rounds, rest 60s between rounds
– Squat Jump to High Tuck
– Jump Split Lunges
– Jump Side Lunges
– Jumping Chinese Squat
– Rolling Pistols

25.04.2013
JUMP ROPE:
– Tabata: 8 rounds, 20 on, 10 off

BEAST SKILL: Handstand
– Wall Climb Hold: 6 x 60 secs

PT:
– 20 min run on track
