– Tabata: 8 rounds, 20 on, 10 off

BEAST SKILL: Handstand
– Wall Climb Hold: 6 x 30 secs

SERIES D: HIIT: 10 x 50/10
– Side Lunge: 40, 41, 44, 42, 46
– One Leg Romanian Deadlift: 22, 24, 23, 23, 22

SERIES D! My legs are sore from Tuesday. Today is either going to have helped or increased the pain. Mmhmm.

– eggs, kiwi, choco soy milk
– nasty ass safeway boneless chicken wings and sweet potato and regular fry mix
– chicken and some kinda vegetables

I’m just so glad i pooped this morning. One of the great benefits of being nervous. I’d never wish to not be gluten intolerant bc my intestines are doing the right thing, but I wish gluten free food on the run and in a crunch were more convenient.
