BEAST SKILL: Handstand
– Wall Climb Hold: 6 x 30 secs

– Tabata: 8 x 20/10

SERIES B: HIIT: 10 x 50/10
– Seated Dips: 32, 20, 20, 22, 24
– Semi-Planche Push Up: 8, 9, 9, 8, 10

Amagad. I hate intervals. lol. So boring. How did I do that everyday for a year and a half? Can’t wait to go back to AMRAP next weeeeeek!

– eggs, kiwi, choco soy milk
– luna bar
– inside of a groung beef burrito
– luna bar
– 1/2 soup and salad

Bad fucking day. I can only thank the good people in my life and exercise for getting me through it. :/
