EXERCISE
JUMP ROPE:
– Tabata: 20 on, 10 off

SERIES D: Time Challenge 9 Rounds
– Side Lunge – 20
– One Leg Romanian Deadlift – 10
Total Time:  8m28s

BEAST SKILL: Handstand
– Hollow Body: 1 x 60s
– Wall Climb Hold: 1 x 45s, 1 x 30s, 1 x 15s

Amagad. I knew Wall Climb Hold was just going to get harder and harder throughout the week, but ugh. I’m so close!  At least my Hollow Body is on point! 🙂 Next week is my no equip workout week (minus jump rope). It should be really interesting. Still haven’t planned it out yet. Pull day still aludes me. YAYOG here I come. ALSO! My shoulders and arms seem smaller!!!! Yay!

FOOD
– eggs, juice
– luna bar
– chinese dumplings, veggie fried rice
– chicken, salad w/ walnuts, raisins and dijon vinaigrette dressing, choco

That fried rice had amazing veggies.

WATER

– other: 1.0

Much better.
