– Elevated Plyometric Pushup – 10

BEAST SKILL: Handstand
– Hollow Body: 1 x 60s
– Wall Climb Hold: 2 x 30s

So the 60s wall climb hold was not going to happen after chest/triceps day. I knew it after that first set of dips. Why are dips so hard, btw? I used to be so much better at them. Hmmm. Well, Series 3 speed was extremely impressive. Next week, I’m going to have to work without equipment! Should be interesting.

– eggs, juice
– mocha frozen coffee
– other halves of my chicken taco and beef taco
– luna bar
– chicken, salad w/ walnuts and honey-lime dressing, choco

Consistency is key, says I who had a mocha coffe today. 😛 That honey-lime dressing was soooo good.
