So the 60s wall climb hold was not going to happen after chest/triceps day. I knew it after that first set of dips. Why are dips so hard, btw? I used to be so much better at them. Hmmm. Well, Series 3 speed was extremely impressive. Next week, I’m going to have to work without equipment! Should be interesting.
