Exercise, Food & Water Journal: 25.02.2013


Well, that’s intense.

– Tabata: 20 on, 10 off

SERIES A: Time Challenge: 9 rounds
– Pull Ups – 10
– Inverted Rows – 10
Total Time: 8m43s!!!

BEAST SKILL: Handstand
– Hollow Body: 1 x 60 secs
– Wall Climb Hold: 1 x 60 secs

Moving on to the next step in the Handstand progression as wel as simultaneously taking it back one. I’m excited. So I was 5 seconds off for the Hollow Body and 10 off for the Wall Climb hold. My lower back lifted off the ground because my glutes started to tense and my arms completely gave out for the Wall Climb Hold, but I was sooooo close. Tomorrow I’ll get it! Also, totally blew my record out of the water for the Series A! What a fin start to the week!

– chicken, snap peas, broccoli, green beans

Hmmm… new goal for my diet. I actually made my own chocolate and will be trying it out tomorrow. And I will be trying to make some shakes with icier textures. I’m also going to try to make my own dressing tomorrow and try to stir fry my veggies. I just want to branch out so I don’t get so bored.

Not a good water day, but I still have the evening to make it up. Last week kind of ruined me. I want to get at least 1.5 liters a day.
