EXERCISE
JUMP ROPE:
– Tabata: 20 on, 10 off

SERIES C: AMRAP 10 MINUTES
– Dips – 6
– Elevated Plyometric Pushup – 10
Total Rounds: 10 + 6 dips

BEAST SKILL: Handstand
– Wall Climb: 4 x 3

Wall Climbs were especially hard. My shoulders were tired. This was probably the fastest workout for me in terms of how fast the 10 minutes seemed to pass, yet the hardest physically. Well, the dips anyway.

FOOD
– eggs, juice
– luna bar
– chicken, snap peas, green beans, broccoli, mixed veggies, raisins, luna bar
– 1/2 clif bar
– chicken, snap peas, green beans, broccoli, mixed veggies, 1/2 clif bar, nutella

I’m boring.

WATER
– workout: 0.2
– day: 0.6
– other: 0.5
